Our team member Bernard Ekal attended an ICP sponsored event in Kenya which featured members of the Kenya Blockchain Ladies DAO working to empower women from rural areas.

The blockchain revolution is gaining momentum globally, and in Kenya, a dynamic group of women is making waves through the Kenya Blockchain Ladies DAO (KBLD). This initiative seeks to create a platform where women of all races and kinds can be equipped with blockchain skills and knowledge. The goal is to increase female participation in the fast-growing crypto industry, providing empowerment, education, and financial inclusion opportunities.
