prediction markets based on controllable world events are gambling, and should be legal…. but you also have the risk attached with that. if some guy knows you’re betting on what he’s gonna say… well he’ll play the game.
So, naturally I think the market and the money going into prediction markets will naturally price out against stupid money bets where one person can control the outcome. Alot of other prediction categorues are less controllable like weather, asset/spot prices, geopolitical events, and political events
