They are typically inspired by something I read or hear. I listen to a LOT of podcast, watch a lot of YouTube videos, and read a lot of articles that I curate. So I begin to see themes emerge and then yes I use ChatGPT to help me formulate them. I appreciate you reading, watching, and listening with me :)
